broad beans -

button mushrooms -

150ml/¼
pint of plain yogurt -
salt and pepper
Cook
the beans according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and cool. Mix the
beans with the mushrooms, spring onions and yogurt, add salt and pepper to taste.

Buttered
Tagliatelle (serves 6) - 500g/1lb
of tagliatelle
- 100g/4oz
of butter or margerine cut into pieces

75g/3oz
of parmesan cheese grated Cook
the tagliatelle in boiling salted water until just tender. Drain well then return
to the pan. Add the butter or margerine, cheese and salt and pepper to taste,
toss until the butter has melted and the tagliatelle is coated. Serve hot.
